[ Closing the door behind him he carefully unlaces and steps out of his shoes, toeing them in place before walking into the small living room. It’s relatively clean with the only exception being a few dress shirts laid across the floor, days of him rushing in the morning or at night tossing them without a second thought.

[ Laptop on, Mei stares at the screen with nonchalance; his expression becoming stoic. Softly tapping his fingers against the keyboard as he overhears the hurried steps of Busy Bee Nei Baby in the background. ]
